When you bring your Sewing Machine, Embroidery Machine, or Serger for service, please remember to bring it in with it's cover or case if you have one. The case protects your machine while traveling and keeps dust and dirt away.
Will also need your zig-zag foot, power cord, bobbin case with bobbin, foot control and auto-buttonhole foot if your machine has one (3A or 3C foot). Please bring your hoop for your embroidery machine as well.
Samples help diagnose a problem if your machine is not stitching well.
